Almost 7 weeks pregnant, no constipation and no frequent urination

I will be 7 wks on Jan. 9, tired, with nausea and sore breast. But I'm
not constipated yet nor urinating frequently. I wonder if this is a
cause for alarm. I am currently on progesterone supplements since I
have a history of miscarriage in July last year. I can't seem to relax
because of fear that it might happen again. Thanks for your help.
