Congratulations.

Now to the morning sickness. These are things that many people get relief from. Try them on for size (any or all).

1)B6 25mg every 8 hours

2)Ginger root 250 mg 4 times a day

3)Sea bands

4)Mutiple small meals, heavier in carbohydrates (the trick is never be full and never be empty)
