>I've had 3 pregnancies, my first (boy) was stillborn at 31 weeks, at 32 weeks with my 2nd she had heart problems and was delivered c-section. At that time they checked me for lupus and the blood work was positive. She is fine now but my rheumatologist said Lupus is only present when I'm pregnant. My 3rd pregnancy was normal just high risk.
I really didn't have any signs of Lupus but with my daughters irregular heart beat they checked me for it. I Know another baby boy could never replace my son but I still have this emptyness in my heart and want to have another boy. I'm afraid of pregnancie though.I have blood work every year and my ANA and Sedrate are still positive levels for Lupus. I wish Lupus wasn't such a hard to detect disease. I'm only 28!!!
