Nothing is impossible, but it has to be million to one odds that a tubal ligation would cause those symptoms. Perhaps an academic center (department of Ob/Gyn) would be a better choice than a busy private physician. In these situations a thorough history and exam, including, probably, a laparoscopy, is warranted to look for the cause of the pain. Having a tubal should *not* cause pain, PMS, and profuse bleeding. Reversing it would not help, either. I hope that answers are forthcoming and that the lady who posted gets relief from her symptoms.
