Preparing for pregnancy with autoimmune problems

I am currently 33 years old and my husband and I have decided to start a family. Unfortunatley, my health has not been unventful: Level IV malignant melanoma 1993, no recurrence (I did receive 4 months of immunotherapy) Rheumatoid arthritis which began 2 years ago. I had some additional tests to r/o lupus (which I do not have) however I did have low positive anticardiolipin and antiphospholipid antibodies.

How does all of this affect our chances of a successful pregnancy. We will be visiting an OB/GYN shortly and would like to know what to ask about. Any help will be appreciated.
