This morning I read an interesting article in my (Dutch) newspaper which I shall try to translate as it seems of interest for many of you: BREATH-TEST BY GERMAN DOCTOR ANNOUNCES FERTILE PERIOD OF WOMEN. A German gyneacologist has developed a breath-test that indicates a womans fertile period. The machine is said to substitute the usual temperature charting. According to Dr. Ludwig Wildt of the university of Erlangen an obvious drop of the amount of carbon-dyoxide in the exhaled air announces the ovulation. Dr. Wildt worked on his machine for two years. It has been tested on more than 100 women and appears to be 95% accurate. Contrary to the temperature-charts, that have to be taken early in the morning, the breath-test can be done any time of the day. Stress doesn't influence the results.
