Any info would be great... Thanks... Amber Anteverted/anteflexed is the most common position for the uterus. It means tilted forward. 2/3 of uteri are situated this way. The MRI is a good way of picking up adenomyosis, but as Joanne pointed out, it will not pick up all adenmyosis, especially if it is not extensive.
