I don't know that there is an answer for that.

With a Pfannenstiel incision (bikini incision) microscopic nerves, which run vertically, are cut because they can't be seen. They regrow slowly over several months. Normal or near normal sensation usually comes back in 3-6 months (sometimes less, sometimes more).
