I recently had a fractional D&C and hysteroscope for endo-cervical polyps which were causing some abnormal spotting. My doctor prescribed something called Sulftin, an antibiotic. Will this cause a yeast infection, like other anti-biotics? I also have chronic cervicitis. Will this drug clear up the cervicitis? Also, I haven't had any spotting or bleeding after the D&C! Is this a good thing? I was told to expect some bleeding afterwards. I am so used to spotting throughout most of my cycle, so could this mean that the problem may be solved? My doctor also mentioned that he only saw one fallopian tube during the examination! I am 25, no kids or major health problems. What would cause a fallopian tube to not develop? Thanks so very much!
