Also,could a damaged kidney be responsible for spikes in bp in pregnancy, as well as swelling and protein and blood in urine. MSU examination was negative. Could a damaged kidney be responsible for PROM? Any answers most gratefully received One last thing.....if one has pre eclampsia, can blood pressure be normal one minute, and high the next?
