We are having a big problem with people posting private emails directly to the doctors.
We can't allow this because it violates the rules of this Forum.
Some doctors are getting as many as 10 private emails collectively from Forum Members per day.
We are exploring internal ways to correct this but I need everyone's advice on why/how this is happening. I also get a tremendous ammount of emails that should be directed to the Forum and I'm an Internet editor, not a Doctor. Is there a way we could better desigh OBGYN.net to avoid this problem? I need a fresh perspective. I've been looking at it for too long to see where the problem is. Any advise on this would be appreciated.

NO thank yous, questions, FYI's, NOTHING!!!
It is a violation of their privacy and will result in them quitting the FORUM which would be awful for us all.
But if you have any advice for me on how to redesign things so this is minimized please write to me at roberta.speyer@obgyn.net
