2nd miscarriage: Very discouraged

I miscarried this past weekend at 5 weeks. This was my second miscarriage. My fist miscarriage was at 5 months. At that time I was diagnosed with anticardiolipin antibodies. This second pregnancy I was taking baby aspirin and had just started taking heparin shots the day I miscarried. Can anticardiolipin antibody cause miscarriage that early in pregnancy? My doctor ordered an antibody test the day before I miscarried. I am hoping that that will yield some answers. Also, how long should you wait before getting pregnant after a miscarriage. I did not have to have a D & C. Thanks in advance for your answer.
