Re: Water Temps

Someone said the warmest bath water should be 99F. I've always taken HOT showers. My body craves heat. I should be able to tolerate cold better based on where I'm from.

I've known that my showers were perhaps a little too hot, but as long as I was comfortable, I've told myself that it's okay. Well, I just got the digital thermometer and checked temps. I came up with something possibly alarming.

My start-out water temp is *surely* going to be over 100F, most likely at least 103-104 or so. My body regularly adjusts to the heat level and I'll have to turn it up a few times during the shower. If things start to get too hot, I'll turn down a notch. Anyways, I was still able to hold my hand/arm under 110F water. I thought by the feeling it was awfully hot, but I seemed to at least tolerate it. I figure my average water temp is probably somewhere around 105-107F.

Just how dangerous is this level for someone who wants to conceive, let alone anyone?
