The whole pelvic area feels very very heavy. Ive also been feeling some pretty sharp twinges in my cervix sometimes. Is this normal? How could I tell normal from problematic? Could I tell if my cervix was changing at all from these cervix pains? I've never been this pregnant before AND I'm paranoid so I don't know what is fine and what I should investigate further. Any input would be gretly appreciated.
