constant bloating of pelvic area, extreme gas, fatigue

I am 28 years old. I have had two successful pregancies 1 c-section, 1 vbac, 1 miscarriage at aprx. 6 wks (in this order). For the last 6 months I have been experiencing extreme bloating of the pelvic area (I look about 3 months pregnant which diminishes greatly while on my period), low chronic back pain, all of sudden I daily have hugh amounts of gas to pass, extreme fatigue in the afternoon, and pelvic tenderness to the touch (no particular side). I am 5ft 8" tall and weigh about 123 lbs so this bloating is not only embarrasing but is beginning to worry me very badly. Also, I have not been using any form of birth control for over 9 months (in the past we used only condoms) and I have not conceived, I have never had trouble in that area before.

My phaternal grandmother died of ovarian cancer and 3 of my aunts have had endometrious with full hysterectomies. While that certainly puts me in a genetically predisposed category I don't want to assume anything and overlook something important. I just switched jobs and do not have medical insurance so I have been putting this off because I don't want a pre-exisiting condition when I do become insurance eligible but.... do you think my symptoms could be serious? What do the symptoms most sound like? Endometrious does not ever indicate causing gass and that is a major symptom that I currently have! However, I have noticed that Ovarian cancer does list gas as an indicating symptom.

I am really getting worried, please reply.

Thank you very much.
