Will you please let me know >what you think? Endometriosis is certainly a possibility. Another is something we call "primary dysmenorrhea" which means you have painful periods from the beginning. Both of these conditions can be treated with birth control pills. Using Motrin-like medications from the first hint your period is about to start all the way until the end can also be very helpful. You should see a gynecologist and have an exam. If your pain is extremely severe or if it doesn't respond to the pill and motrin, you may need to have a laparoscopy (the doctor inserts a telescope-like instrument thru the belly button to look inside; you are under anesthesia for this).
