During the past 10 years I took danocrin and Lupron for the endometriosis. Diagnosised with stage IV. Now I am on low dosages of estrogen (premarin). During the past 10 years my weight has increased dramatically, metabolism decreased, energy level dereased. I am now suffering from depression, headaches insomnia. My question is could the weight gain and metabolism decrease be a direct cause of multiple surgeries? Can estrogen cause depression, headaches and insomnia? I have told my Dr about these symptoms and he suggest that I increase my estrogen intake. Any advice will be helpful.
