Dear Michelle, I just got the book, Taking Charge Of Your Fertility By Toni Weschler. In case you are a die hard here on the forum you might recognize the title. I thought it was going to be about infertility...to my delight it was more about KNOWING your body so you won't be infertile or can overcome some common "infertility myth" problems. It discusses in depth the fertility window and how to time intercourse so that you can hit it effectively. She also covers topics on male infertility, natural birth control, and menstrual problems. One thing I have learned is that there is NO SUCH THING as a normal 28 day cycle. Each woman varies from another and even within her own cycle! The most common mistake is to think you will ovulate right at day 14. This book is great, check it out. Hope this helped...
