I am a 17 year old teenager. I started my period when I was 10 years old and I have always had severe cramping. However, in the past 2 years I have experienced cramping like never before. I will be sitting in my desk at school and all of a sudden I will become so hot that I will actually start sweating. This sweating then leads to severe cramping to the point of which I am actually shaking. This will make me physically sick and week. I have also experienced all of these symptoms along with shortness of breath. I have heard a lot about endometriosis and I was wondering if you as a medical professional, thought that I may indeed have this? In the past year my periods have also gotten a lot heavier than they used to be. This pain really gets me down during that time of the month and I really need some advice. Will you please let me know what you think?
