I am using natural progesterone suppositories for another reason (prevention of miscarriage) at the same dosage as you. I have noticed a definite difference in the character of the flow since using progesterone. I think it is entirely possible that it is causing your heavier periods, but I have no medical evidence to back me up. Perhaps you could consult with a pharmacist to get another opinion. Good luck!
