fibroids

Does a myometamy lead to cessarian section? When does the surgeon have to go into the uterus? How big does that submucus component have to be before it must be removed? I have a big 20 week fibriod that I am told has to be sugerically removed. However the Dr. saids he can't say where this one is positioned until he goes in. Firstly are there alternatives to sugery? Would a smaller fibroid make for a lesser incision, thus smaller cut, thus less bleeding? Would less bleeding cause less tissue scar? Don't I want less tissue scar so that I can have babies natually? I heard about Lupron and its too scary for me. Unless proven otherwise , and if it would save tissue scar then it may be a possibility?. Since I have a few fibroids, could it be since the large one isn't the submucus one, could I leave that one alone if that will save my uterus from being cut? Is there any thing I can do to pre[are for this sugery if this is what I have to do to help me save natual child bearing.
