Jane,

A borderline tumor is at the border between cancer and no cancer. It has a very good prognosis. After the removal of the sick ovary the disease is finished and you're cured. The only thing to do is the surveillance. "papylari with low malignant potential" sounds like mumps of not really cancer in plain english. IVF seems to be performable but after acertain time of surveillance.
