I have had the same problem (painful intercourse) for 22 years, although I have never received a diagnosis like you did. Through this forum I recently learned about and joined the Vulvar Pain Foundation and am currently awaiting a physician referral from them. Their address is PO Drawer 177, Graham, North Carolina 27253. Membership is $40. Contact person is Joanne Yount. The initial materials they sent me were very encouraging. Maybe they can be of assistance to you too.
