I haven't yet seen a woman trying to get pregnant who WASN'T impatient! I would suggest a pregnancy test no earlier than two weeks after the ovulation date you determined by your BBT. If it's negative, I would wait three days and then try it again. [not one day, not two days... :-) ]

This is a very good question that I don't know the answer to. I'll look around and see what I can come up with.
