My husband and I have been trying to conceive again this spring and summer with no luck. I have also been trying to hatch out some little bantam chickens for our daughter to play and grow up with. NO LUCK in either arena!!!! We all know we've been making whoopie enough...hmmmmm...could it be we are trying too hard? Maybe counting our brood before it has hatched? Well, hopefully one of us old hens will have *something* following us around by next spring--I might have to settle for something that goes "cheep,cheep"!!!Lets hope we all have something to crow about! For all of you out there trying for your own brood--good luck! and if all else fails...bantam chickens are cute and cuddly too :) best of everything Anne N.
