My answers:

1. A fibroid can't become malignant but it can (exceptionnally) be malignant. 2. decreased bloodflow resistance can mean an enlargement of feeding arteries. It is related to fibroid enlargement 3. The choice treatment is hysterectomy. It can be performed vaginally or abdominally. This choice is your surgeon's. This intervention will allow you to have an hormonal replcement therapy when your menopause comes, without the risk of bleeding.
