So, two ways of administration are admitted, with our without periods. Your doctor has changed you to a no-period protocol, and I approve him as your menopause is "old". Spottings often appear when non period protocol are given to recent menopause. But if you want absolutely to have your periods, no problem,reverse to the ols protocol you had before.
