If by "pregnancy face" you mean hyperpigmentation (called chloasma or melasma), than you can protect your face against UV iradiation (you can't get melasma if you'll stay in the dark all the time :-) ). There are lots of sunblock creams. You should use one with SPF of at least 15 (I prefer Clinique foundation or Photoderm Special, but I don't know if there are available in States).

Flushes cannot be adequately treated, so you should wait until delivery.

If you have pimples, perhaps Clinique foundation will help to cover them (and to protect against UV as well).
