By saying that the most important thing is to adapt to the estrogen, do you mean that my estrogen dosage should be re-evaluated? My current dosage is 1.25 mg. I was taking it every day, but after a couple of months I cut back to every other day. I started feeling kind of depressed so now I just skip every third day.
