Having had two miscarriages does not place you at higher risk of subsequent pregnancy loss. The fact that you are experiencing morning sickness is a good sign that your hormonal levels are high. You probably won't relax until you feel movement or hear the heart beat; but it sounds like you are off to a good start. Good luck to you.
