I also had a hysterectomy about 4 years ago and am on Premarin. I did not have endometriosis but had a fibroid on my overies. I have occassional headaches but that is mainly due when I miss one of my pills. I have gained about 10 pounds since that time. I also feel so much better since my operation. My sex drive has diminished also but I try to force myself to do better.
