Hmmm--what is ALLOimmune? First I have heard that term?

Yes, I was asked to do Natural killer cell activation assay, leupis anticoagulant test/PTT, Immuno Phenotype.

Also asked to do Antiphospholipid panel the following:

ACLA, Phosphatic Acid, Phosphoetanolamine, Phosphoglycerol, Phosphoinositol, Phosphoserine

Sorry to Dr. Marchbein: I was not clear. What I meant to say is both of you quoted certain tests my doctor in the States did not order:

1Cardiolipin IgG, IgM, IgA antibodies, 2 phosphatidyl choline@ IgG, IgM, IgA

And she asked for something you didn't mention:

3phosphoglycerol 4phosphoinositol 5ACLA

And you have one which SEEMS to be the same: Phosphoserine on her list and phosphatidyl serine. Are they?

6

Re 1 and 2, are these identified as something else in my doctor's list, or did she just omit them for whatever reason?

Re 3 and 4 and 5, are these the more esoteric tests?

Well, we have never met, but it is at a large and well known hospital medical center@to which I was referred because my ovum donor is there. We were considering a very high profile fertility cenetr but were put off by their insistance that all is immune problems and their extreme commercialism.@@But my RE asked my Japanese gynecologist to ask HIS lab if they can do the above-mentioned test. Now I have to communicate to him and make sure. If not, she suggests I send blood to Dr. Mantzner's lab. But am curious about tests on one list not on the other and vice versa.@@ >

I can imagine. But thanks for sharing your experience. I hope everything turns out for you too!!!!

Oh, I assume I must specify the IgG, IgM, IgA@based on your comment.

Thanks,
