Thanks for your response. I do the daily exercise, you describe (except for now that I'm recuperationg), the calcium not a problem, I don't smoke and don't drink, but you are right, that diet, is a bit much. I don't mind the soy powder, but doubt that I could add the other tofu stuff, not enough to make a difference. I'm too carvivorous also. So....., I guess I'll have to take ERT after all. Thanks for the response. Can I ask another question. Since I'll have to start ERT, what guidelines do you use, to determine when to begin estrogen. How do you know just how long is enough time to wait, to give the best odds of endo not returning after the hyst. It seems like a crap shoot, to me?
