Just after posting my messages last night (well, this morning US time!) I received a fax from my US doctor naming@the Anti phospholipid antibody test tesults they need.

Some seem to be the same as those on the list provided by Drs. Shanahan and Marchbein, but a few she wants are not listed (and vice versa).

I will be asking my Dr. here in Japanto check with the lab, and since terminology slightly differs (below and possibly in Japan and the U.S.) , I want to make sure that:

a. 3, 4, and 5 are the same (spelling and if IgG, IgM and IgA are assumed) b. 2 and 6 are not on our Dr.'s list in another form or, conversely, c. 7, 8 and 9 are also common items

For example, if it turns that 7, 8 and 9 are not routinely done by many US labs, the same may be true here and we may need to send blood to a specilaized US lab. If that is the case, ok, but hopefully we can do them here.
