First of all.. you meet the traditional definition of infertility (inability to conceive after one year of unprotected intercourse). This is the time to seek professional help to diagnose the reason you have been unable to conceive. You state that you have been married for one year. Therefore, I am assuming, and correct me if I am wrong, that the man your are currently with is not the father of your other pregnancies. If not, has he fathered a pregnancy before? Either way, he should be evaluated for adequate quantity and quality of sperm. Other tests can be done to identify why you are not able to conceive and can be done at the discretion of you caregiver after a thorough history and physical examination. Only after identification of the problem can the appropriate treatment commence. I suggest that if you are 35 years old or older that the issue becomes more urgent as your ability to become and stay pregnant drops off rather abruptly after that age. If this is the case, seeking the care of a specialist in infertility is essential.

Best of luck..
