Medical treatment to bloc the ovary, and reevaluation in 3 months. If cysts persists : laparoscopy. But a more than 5 cm cyst is of§en difficult to treat by the medical way. but in medicine, nothing is impossible.... :-) The over thing to know is your age and if you are or not menopaused... If you are, you must a laparoscopy directly.
