Two attitudes can be on discussion 1. laparoscopy, because your cyst is over 5 cm of diameter, but it seems a good one : thin walls, anecholic...

2. Medical treatment to bloc the ovary, and reevaluation in 3 months. If cysts persists : laparoscopy. But a more than 5 cm cyst is of§en difficult to treat by the medical way. but in medicine, nothing is impossible.... :-)

The over thing to know is your age and if you are or not menopaused... If you are, you must a laparoscopy directly.
