Second, if there was no endometrial buildup and only immature follicles, it is most likely that your hormonal system was being suppressed. Although Depo-provera should be out of your system in 3 months , as Dr Cristalli said, it can occasionally taken up to 18 months to get pregnant after depo therapy. With that in mind, it doesn't clear from everybody in 3 months. That might indeed be the culprit for your symptoms.
