It felt like if I was having a pap smear done. I had thought that I had cervicitis, etc and needed a exam. When the Dr. did the pap it hurt so bad I just about needed to be held down also I had started to bleed after the exam. I also have endo and the Dr. did a lap 4 days later to diagnose and lasor the existing endo, and the results of the endo were extreme as the Dr. quoted, and that my pap was completely fine. He said I had endo on my cervix which caused the pains at arousal, which would make sense but wouldn't the pap smear find bad cells or something abnormal in that sort?
