Dear G, I have to quick dash off to hospital, but if you are already 20 weeks, then it's unlikely you'll have any problems. But the critical factors are the location and size of the fibroid. Maybe you'd need a C-section, but again hard to say over the Inet. Be sure to discuss this with an obstetrician. By the way, fibroids are solid,non-cancerous muscle tumors or growths...I like to call them "lumps". On the other hand a cyst is fluid filled.
