I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with a complete placenta previa. I have had no symtoms so far, the diagnosis was made by repeat ultrasound. My questions are:

1) Is bedrest helpful for forestalling potential problems in this situation? Why or why not?

2) Is it dangerous for me to be taking heparin with this diagnosis? I have been taking heparin and baby aspirin since 4 1/2 weeks LMP for treatment of elevated anticardiolipin antibodies.
