RH factor please help

I am RH negative and my hubby is A postive. We have a three year old daughter and are suffereing from secondary infertiity. I have had two early miscarriages. The doctors are not concerned about the RHfactor but I am. Where do I get some infor so i can be more educated to ask the doctor for help?

Any advice on the RH factor
