Breast reduction

Hi,

I'm new here so hope this question is not out of line.

I'm interested in having a breast reduction, but I know that I also need to lose weight. As the smallest I have ever been in my adult life is 32 D or DD, I know I'll still want to have a reduction even at a lower weight.

My question is - if I go ahead and have the surgery now, and end up with breasts in good proportion to my current size, as I lose weight will my breasts stay in proportion and stay in good shape, or am I setting myself up for having to have more surgery later/

I would greatly appreciate hearing from other women who have had this done, and whether or not you were pleased with the results.
