Generally, in early pregnancy there is not much that can be done. If progesterone levels are low, progesterone supplements can help. Avoiding strenous activity is a good idea. If you smoke, quit immediately. And if you do go on to miscarry, remember it's NOT YOUR FAULT. Good luck. My thoughts will be with you.
