Glucose Levels-conversion

I live in Australia where glucose is measured in mmol/L. However, I am American and really can only relate to the mg/dl measurement used in the states. Can anyone here tell me how to convert mmol to mg.?

Also, I would be interested in opinions regarding the normal range of glucose during pregnancy. At what level should one become concerned that the glucose may be too high?

Thank You
