Debbie, If you have a cyst on your fallopian tube again (which is likely if it was only drained and not removed last time), then I don't think I'd operate on it during your pregnancy. But how does your doctor know that it is not coming from the ovary? Did they know that the cyst had returned prior to you becoming pregnant? At 6 centimeters, I would only operate on this cyst if there were indications that the cyst was cancerous or that it was growing or causing you pain. Another worry is that the cyst may twist on itself and REQUIRE surgery at a point in time that would be harmful to the pregnancy. Discuss these issues with your doctor.
