Two days ago I had a repeat prolactin level. I have had problems in the past with the level being slightly elevated but not significantly so. This time my level was 42. My Dr. said 26 or lower is normal. My temps last month appeared to be very normal and it looked as if I ovulated a little late around day 18. This was just after a failed IVF cycle in Feb. Could this make my prolactin levels be elevated? I had been on metrodin with lupron Jan/Feb. My Dr. mentioned meds to decrease levels.
