If you are having recurrent problems, talk to your doctor about excising (removing) the entire Bartholin's gland on that side. It's a little trickier to do than a simple marsupialization, but it should solve your problem. A classic gyn textbook, "Te Linde's Operative Gynecology" has a description of the procedure. Good luck!
