Dear Kim.

According to the cautions listed on Nicorette gum it states:

As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the help of a health care provider before using tis product.

Nothing is said about the period when you are attempting to conceive..

I would suggest you call you physicians office or ask you pharmacist.
