She had had a biopsy before the surgey, I assume it was a core surgery. She was told that the area around it was clean of cancer (i assume they mean the margins?). She said he said she would only need paps every 6 mo. I recommended that she at least take her path report to an oncologist and get another opinion. She will be in my class Tues. and Wed. this week, so I would appreciate any recommendations about follow up care after cervical cancer surgery. Thanks. Next message: Susan: "Re: To much PAIN!!!!"
