Spontraneous Abortions

My sister-in-law has been trying to become pregnat for several years now. Three or four pregnancies failed in the 1st and 2nd trimesters. She is 41 and was just told that her eggs are no good after the age of 42 (nice time to let her know, huh!). She stills intends to become pregnant before her 42nd birthday (Nov 97) an is willing to try anything.

I read an article a few months ago, I think in People Magazine, that discussed how one doctor was using injections of some form to help women in my sis-in-law's situation. The couples were successful in giving birth to children.

Does anyone have any recollection of this article or information I can pass along to sis-in-law?

Please help... Limited time factor here.

Thank you!
